Steam Generation (3rd Class)

Your studies will focus on larger steam generators found in industrial plants. You will study specialized boiler types, construction, auxiliaries, operating procedures, firing equipment, and control systems used for steam generation. You will study various welding procedures, inspection methods and pressure vessels. This course is part of Saskatchewan Polytechnic's Power Engineering -Third Class program offered at Great Plains College.
