Foundations of Care I: A Developing Professional

This course introduces concepts of understanding of self, interpersonal relationships, and communication in the context of caring environments. Learners will have the opportunity to develop beginning fundamental nursing skills including safety, self care and mobility according to professional standards. This is a first year course offered through the Saskatchewan Collaborate Bachelor of Science in Nursing. All four years of the program are available at the Great Plains College Swift Current Campus.
