Students
- Face-to-face counselling: Great Plains College has partnered with Fresh Start to provide face-to-face counselling services for current students at college locations. To book an appointment, contact a student adviser or phone or text Fresh Start at 306-741-0538.
- myWellness: students have access to this mental health and wellness program that provides support resources, an anonymous mental health assessment, online and group counselling, a crisis line and toolbox of helpful solutions to help you maintain good mental health. Staff
- LifeWorks: the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) offers a wide range of services including free and confidential counselling, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Click here to sign up or sign in.
- Blue Cross: for eligible employees, your benefit plan covers mental health supports including registered counsellors, psychologists, and social workers.
