Join us for a meal prepared and served by Great Plains College Hotel and Restaurant Management students. The evening will feature a three-course dinner, a wine and beer bar and entertainment brought to you Saskatoon Dueling Pianos. All proceeds will go toward the scholarship fund.

• Salad: Watermelon, Radishes and Mixed Greens with Glazed Paneer and Green Onions
• Main: Monkfish with Herbs and Brown Butter Beurre Blanc AND Flank Steak with a Creamy Peppercorn Sauce, Buttered Carrots, Garlic Green Beans and Potatoes
• Dessert: Decadent Chocolate Lava Cake served with a velvety creme glaze, strawberry curd and delicate caramel shards
